Rajnish Singh

With over 15 years in transfer pricing across Europe and Asia, Rajnish specialises in audit defence, compliance, and global documentation for multinationals. Focusing on BEPS, he's committed to strategic solutions in transfer pricing. Prior to joining Regan van Rooy, Rajnish was a Director at EY Ireland.

Tuli Nkonki

Tuli is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with a career spanning External Auditing and TP Consulting at PwC SA as well as an in-house tax role at Aspen Pharmacare. She specialises in Transfer Pricing and provides comprehensive advice on TP documentation, TP controversy support, Country-by-Country Reporting, and Intragroup Transactions.

Owen Murphy

Holding a BCom, LLB, and Higher Diploma in taxation, Owen brings extensive experience in international, corporate tax, and transfer pricing at BDO Johannesburg, AngloGold Ashanti, Altron Group, and Anglo American.

Steven Castillo

An economist and former transfer pricing associate director at KPMG Ireland, Steven has extensive experience advising international clients, particularly in financial services transfer pricing.

Kirtee Ramchurn

Kirtee has over eight years’ experience in tax compliance and advisory, with a strong focus on Mauritian tax law. Prior to joining Regan van Rooy, she worked at Apex Mauritius (formerly Sanne Mauritius) and Andersen Mauritius. Kirtee holds a finance degree from the University of Mauritius and supports clients with practical, well-grounded tax advice.

Candela Rampello

A certified economist with a Master's in finance, Candela offers experience in transfer pricing analysis, focusing on financial transactions for multinationals. With a background at PwC Argentina, she specialises in intercompany financial services transactions and intellectual property.

Mathabang Melato

Mathabang has over 2 years of experience in transfer pricing. She holds a Bcom Finance and Bcom Honours degree in  Financial Planning. She is passionate about applying technical knowledge and growing in the transfer pricing space.

Ambeswa Koyana

Ambeswa holds a BCom Accounting degree and an Honours degree in Taxation, and is currently completing her Master’s in International Tax Law. She supports clients in navigating complex tax matters across Africa. Ambeswa is focused on delivering practical, compliant solutions and contributing to projects that drive clear, effective outcomes.

Tinna Nteleza

Tinna is a Tax Manager with over eight years’ experience across direct and indirect taxes. She has strong experience in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, provisional tax calculations, and tax accruals for statutory reporting purposes, as well as tax controversy support. Tinna has also worked on local transfer pricing files, tax due diligence engagements, and reviews of controlled foreign company calculations. Her recent experience includes managing tax due diligence projects and reviewing the work of junior consultants.

Werner Schmidt

Werner Schmidt is a registered Tax Advisor (TA(SA)™) with over seven years of experience specialising in South African corporate tax. He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and advises corporate clients on a broad range of tax matters, helping businesses navigate complex tax legislation while managing risk and maintaining compliance. Werner's expertise spans corporate income tax, tax compliance, tax risk management, restructuring transactions, and SARS engagements.

Leon Newman

Leon is a qualified Chartered Accountant with Higher Diplomas in Tax Law and International Tax. He has over 25 years of Big Four tax consulting experience including 14 years as tax partner at Deloitte South Africa. Leon has extensive expertise in corporate and international tax, with a focus on transactional tax matters such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate reorganisations.

Dylan Petersen

Dylan holds a BSocSci in Law and Political Science and an LLB from the University of Cape Town, where he is currently completing a Master’s in Tax and International Trade Law. Dylan is particularly passionate about guiding businesses through the evolving landscape of international tax and aligning tax strategies with broader commercial and compliance objectives.

Mercy Birri

Mercy is a Transfer Pricing Consultant with a strong analytical background and a clear focus on regulatory compliance. She holds a BCom and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Modelling, is currently studying towards ADIT, and holds a certificate in Transfer Pricing. Her prior experience in financial analysis and accounting enables her to approach transfer pricing with a commercial mindset, balancing technical requirements with real business considerations.

Deidrè Rabie

Deidrè is a Chartered Accountant with nine years of experience in transfer pricing gained at PwC SA, SARS and EY UK. In addition, she holds a BSc (hon) degree in Physiotherapy. This unique academic background and exposure to varied transfer pricing perspectives equips her to effectively navigate the transfer pricing landscape.

Vuyiswa Ngwenya

Vuyiswa has a strong academic background and passion for Transfer Pricing. She holds an Honours in Internal Auditing degree and a Certificate in International Tax and Transfer Pricing. With a keen interest in cross-border transactions tax matters, Vuyiswa supports multinational clients with strategic advice, compliance, and risk management. Driven by the desire to grow professionally, she intends to further her studies in 2026, to pursue a Master's degree in International taxation.

Duduetsang Mogotsi

Duduetsang Mogotsi is a Tax Manager with over six years’ experience in corporate and individual taxation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and an Advanced Certificate in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa. Duduetsang advises on a broad range of tax and accounting matters, supporting both compliance and strategic tax planning for businesses and individuals. She is known for her practical, detail-oriented approach and commitment to building trusted client relationships.

Leanne Juul

Leanne holds a BCom in Accounting, an Honours degree in Taxation, and a Master’s degree in Taxation. As a Chartered Tax Advisor and SAIT examiner with over a decade in tax advisory, she specialises in personal tax for high-net-worth individuals, international tax planning, and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Maesela holds a BCom Honours in Taxation, providing him with a strong foundation in South African tax legislation, financial principles, and research methodology. He brings a highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to projects and is passionate about contributing to dynamic environments that value innovation and excellence.

Nawsheen Jhingoor

Nawsheen is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 12 years’ experience in tax advisory and compliance. She holds a BSc in Management and Finance and has worked with a leading tax firm and management company in Mauritius. Nawsheen advises on Mauritian tax law, regulatory compliance and cross-border structuring, supporting clients operating in international environments.

Chris Coetzee

Chris is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years’ experience in Mining tax spanning Africa and the Americas, including stability and tax agreements. Leading in International tax strategy including M&A tax advisory, group migrations, corporate restructures, multijurisdictional taxation, tax risk management and cross‑border compliance in a multinational environment.

Vinola Govender is an experienced International Tax Executive, leading global tax strategy and operations across multiple jurisdictions. She ensures alignment with evolving international tax regulations while optimising her company’s tax position to support sustainable growth. Vinola has deep expertise in Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Risk Management, and works closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Business Development functions.

Carrie Dlamini

Carrie is a Transfer Pricing specialist with more than four years of experience in Transfer Pricing. She previously served as a Transfer Pricing Auditor at a revenue authority, where she conducted transfer pricing audits, evaluated cross-border related-party transactions, and assessed compliance with domestic legislation and the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

Brent van Rooi

Brent van Rooi is a transfer pricing professional with over 17 years of experience at the South African Revenue Service (SARS), including 8 years specialising in transfer pricing. He joined Regan van Rooy after leading complex transfer pricing audits of multinational enterprises and advising on cross-border tax matters. Brent has extensive experience in transfer pricing documentation, audit defence, transfer pricing risk assessments, functional and economic analyses, and the application of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the arm's length principle.

Barry Ger

Barry is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a B.Bus.Sc. LLB and BCom Honours (Taxation) from UCT as well as an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the UK. He has over 12 years' of experience at KPMG and joined the Regan van Rooy team as an independent consultant.

Di Hurworth

Di, an attorney with over 25 years of tax experience, is well-versed in VAT issues across diverse industries, as well as Namibian corporate tax. Di holds a BA LLB, LLM and H Dip Tax Law. Di was formerly a partner at KPMG and led the Indirect Taxes division in the Cape Town office prior to joining Regan van Rooy as an independent consultant.

With over two decades in international tax, Caoilfhionn, a chartered accountant, has significant experience from Arthur Andersen and Deloitte London to leading the international tax function at South African multinational Sasol.

Currently, she heads Regan van Rooy’s Mauritian office, actively contributing to tax technical committees in Mauritius and South Africa.

Cabrini, an economist and lawyer with over 18 years in transfer pricing, spent the bulk of her career at Deloitte in London and Johannesburg.

She currently leads the Transfer Pricing team at Regan van Rooy, focusing on design, business model optimisation, documentation, and dispute resolution.

Vanessa Turnbull-Kemp

With over a decade in international tax, Vanessa holds a BCom with Honours and a Higher Diploma in Taxation.

She has substantial consulting experience from KPMG and Deloitte, focusing on international tax and structuring, as well as in-house experience as International Tax Manager at Sasol, a South African headquartered multinational group.

Russell Eastaugh

Russell has over 40 years’ experience in African tax advisory including his role as a tax partner at PwC in both Nigeria and Uganda.

Russell covers various tax disciplines, including VAT and excise duties. He was a member of the Fiscal Policy Reform Committee under the last Nigerian government.  He is also a non-Executive Director of a small Nigerian finance company, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Dr Daniel N. Erasmus

Dr Daniel N. Erasmus is an internationally recognised expert in tax law with over 35 years’ experience in tax planning, tax disputes and litigation. He represents multinational corporations in complex tax matters across the USA and Africa and is an adjunct professor, author and leading authority on international tax, transfer pricing and tax risk management.

Daniel joins our team as independent senior counsel as part of our end-to-end disputes and litigation service offering.

Wian de Bruyn

A Master Customs Practitioner, Wian’s career includes roles with the South African Department of Trade & Industry, as well as consulting roles at EY and Deloitte Johannesburg.


He focuses on customs compliance and duty optimisation.
